JB Ventures develops your product, realizes your prototypes, manufactures your moulds and tools ourselves. We then produce and assemble your product according to your specifications. We are your one stop shop for product realization in plastic.
Because we have all the steps for product development in-house; we offer you a low-threshold opportunity to start your new product. This refers to the fact that you can start with small runs.
We would like to explain this to you step by step:
Step 1: It starts at the drawing table
It starts at the drawing table. Show us your product design and we will gladly sit down with you to look at feasibility and cost efficiency.
Step 2: A tangible prototype from our 3D printer
We directly make a tangible and functional prototype of your product using our 3D printer. This will be with you within 2 working days. It gives you a tangible example of your product. You will assess this 3D prototype on functionality and we then fine tune it together till it is ready for the next step. More about prototyping
Step 3: 0-Run production
We start by making a silicone mould for you. This provides you with 20 to 30 specimens of your product. This way, within a short period of time of 1.5 to 2 weeks, you have injection moulded-like products at your disposal, for example for sales purposes, promotions or trade shows. More about prototyping
Step 4: The mould
Only when you are certain that you want to go ahead and manufacture your new product do we make an injection mould for you. This mould can be used for produce runs ranging from 500 to 500,000 pieces. More about moulds
Step 5: Injection moulding production and assembly
We also have this step in-house: the injection moulding shop. We manufacture your products to your specifications and, if necessary, we also assemble them according to your specifications. More about injection moulding production
